Forged through consultation with students, faculty, staff, alumni, supporters and partners, this plan offers actionable and measurable initiatives and outcomes that invest in people and ideas, accelerate our momentum and ensure Pitt’s best days lie ahead.

- Chancellor briefs the Board of Trustees in September 2023.
- Action items to be presented in February 2024.
- Refinements, target developments and measurements established throughout the spring semester, in consultation with the Pitt community.
April 2024 Board Action
- Chancellor presented strategic targets and measures to the Board of Trustees at the April 2024 meeting, and the Trustees endorsed the Plan for Pitt 2028.
